All our work is grounded in lived and living experience, inclusion and evidence-based practice.

Our Mission

We bring the science of the teenage brain to young people in a fun, engaging way. By mixing evidence-based tools with hands-on projects, we help teens learn how their minds work and build real skills to make a positive impact. We also create a community for anyone who feels lost or alone, supporting young people at every stage, whether they are struggling now or ready to turn their own recovery into change for others.

Our Purpose

We give young people opportunities they might not otherwise have, such as co-writing policy, shaping global health and education initiatives, and partnering with decision-makers. Our rights-based approach ensures every voice is heard and every project drives real change. Above all, we are here for any young person who feels alone, offering connection, purpose, and a place to stand up for what matters to them and their peers.

Our Vision

We see a world where every young person understands their mind and helps shape the systems that affect their health, education, and well-being. When services are designed by the people who use them, they work better and deliver real impact. That’s why we build a global community of youth, families, and partners to co-create policy, drive cultural change, and ensure governments and funders adapt alongside the lived experience of young people.
